Catalyst Care Group is a family of organisations designed and built with the sole purpose of enabling people to receive high quality care and support at home, avoiding the need for mental health hospital admissions. Our focus is on the Transforming Care Agenda and Building the Right Support, facilitating complex discharges and avoiding admissions in the first place.

We believe that human rights are universal, inalienable and apply to every human being – from the people we support, to their families and communities, and critically, the care sector workforce.

Our goal is to build a future where unnecessary (and out of area) hospital admissions are a thing of the past and people can stay at home with the people they love, in the places and communities they know – as well as building careers for people truly committed to serving others.
