ILG PA is a membership platform for Personal Assistants and micro-providers. Our vision is to promote and support the development and growth of Personal Assistants and micro-providers working in the UK.

For self-employed micro-providers we provide the tools, information and advice required to help people set up their own business, providing local care and support to the highest standards.

For employed personal care assistants we now provide a separate member platform providing an ID badge, and comprehensive Employee Assistance Programme, helping to elevate the role and support a vital workforce.

We also work with funding bodies in partnership to help them to support their local PA workforce.
